Awareness of breathing leads to PATIANCE AND CALMNESS

When one is angry he becomes restless, his breath, that his breathing will be very high, and he will be gasping for breath, it may be even more than 20 per minute, dangers, risky.   Breathing is an indicator of once calmness and restlessness. 

One who breaths 15/16 times per minute which is normal for a middle aged healthy one, he is normally calm and will not act to situations in haste, he thinks and acts.

One whose breathing is more than 15/16 times per minute say, 18/20 times per minute cannot tolerate situations, he will immediately act, and such persons will always be hasty and restless.  Please study yourself and find out how for it is fact.

Awareness of breathing regulates the cycle of breathing, the awareness has many advantages, it needs practice, it does not come in the way of daily work, in fact it helps, awareness of breathing means watching your own breath.
